Career Services has always been a core part of Lighthouse Labs programs. With Uvaro—a company built around Career Success—helping with this delivery, we’re excited to bring you even more tools and support to navigate the changing nature of work.

So when do you think Lighthouse Labs, and when do you think Uvaro? Let’s keep it simple:

Your education experience with Lighthouse Labs remains the same. Want to learn new technical and data-driven skills? Think Lighthouse Labs. We’re still your go-to for education services and your platform of choice when collaborating with other learners in your Lighthouse Labs program.

Ready to take the next step in your career? Think Uvaro. This is your one-stop hub for Career Services, offering everything from job search tools to the 1:1 coaching and group coaching you’re already used to, only now with slight tweaks using their Career Success framework.

We want to be clear—no changes are happening immediately, and the current Career Services experience will remain the same for now. The official transition, where Career Services will be delivered through Uvaro as part of active Lighthouse Labs programs, is set for Monday, March 3, 2025.

This timeline ensures a smooth changeover without disrupting current programs or workflows. As we approach the transition date, more details and communications will be shared in your Lighthouse Labs program and via async updates.

Uvaro’s Job Board has been enhanced to include 28 new roles specifically curated for Lighthouse Labs students. These additions make it easier than ever to find opportunities tailored to your training and expertise. Whether you’re pursuing a career as a Full-Stack Developer, Data Scientist, or Security Analyst, the Job Board helps you focus your search on roles associated with Lighthouse Labs programs that match your skill set and career goals.

Beyond job listings, the infrastructure behind Uvaro’s Job Board also helps them identify emerging skills, salary data, and trends, keeping them on top of the workforce's evolving demands. This allows their resources and support to better align with what makes you stand out to employers.

But the Job Board doesn’t stop there—it powers Uvaro’s Job Recommendations tool, delivering even more value!

Success at Lighthouse Labs has always been fueled by great coaching, and with Uvaro, it’s evolving with a Career Success makeover. You’ll continue to have access to the career resources and 1:1 Coaching sessions you rely on with some enhancements and changes to their frameworks.

Uvaro defines Career Success as, “experiencing financial health and work you enjoy while feeling fulfilled in your peer community and life choices.” With this approach, we continue to cover the essentials—like salaries and role-specific skills—but we also encourage you to consider how your life and work intersect.
